4205G-6 by Idemitsu Fine Composites is a talc reinforced, polyolefin based composite grade. Exhibits high rigidity, good thermal and dimensional stability. Offers good heat-, weathering- and chemical resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possible applications could be refrigerator trays, rice cooker steam ports, dish washing & drying machines, microwave oven ferrite covers, lighting parts and domestic garbage disposal machine parts. Can also be used in air conditioner outdoor units, humidifier housings and stove parts. Other applications of 4205G-6 may include automobile interior & exterior parts, engine room parts, power generator covers, automatic vending machine canisters, fans, oil filling pumps, razor handles and inter-dental brushes.
