GF2010A by Idemitsu Fine Composites is a 20% glass fiber reinforced polyolefin based composite grade. Exhibits good mechanical strength, dimensional stability, good heat resistance and high rigidity. It is food contact acceptable grade and is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possible applications include electric appliances like sirocco & propeller fans, automotive intercooler covers and switch cases. GF2010A can also be used in industrial motor covers, chair core materials and bobbin for dyeing.

E4331

E4331 by Idemitsu Fine Composites is a talc reinforced, food applicable, high impact polypropylene (PP) grade. Exhibits good heat & chemical resistance, high rigidity, good formability and recyclability. E4331 is suitable for processing by hollow extrusion. Possible applications could be automotive cable covers and ducts & household equipments/ building materials such as shelf board, kick plates, partitions, mold forms and bath tub covers.

FE243

FE243 by Idemitsu Fine Composites is a hollow, non-decabromo compatible, flame retardant, highly reflective, bromine-based polyolefin composite grade. Exhibits good mechanical strength & electrical properties, good thermal formability, good chemical and weather resistance. Is suitable for processing by extrusion. Possible applications could be home electric appliances, LED reflection plate, connector parts, automobile harness/ corrugated materials, household equipment and building material. FE243 can also be used in electric facility protection tube & insulation covers, underground pipes and flexible electric wire tubes.
