IROGRAN® A 60 E 4612 N by Huntsman is a phthalate-free, polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Exhibits demolding, improved cycle time, high dimensional stability, wear- and tear strength. Offers low compression set, dynamic load performance, high elasticity, high flexibility and temperature performance. Possesses low flashing, easy color ability, oil resistance and processing consistency. Shows excellent bonding strength to plastics. IROGRAN® A 60 E 4612 N is suitable for processing by over molding. Potential applications include bumpers, buffers, stone protection parts, shearing belts/ bushings, armrests, dashboards, cup holders, instrument panels, door handles, general-purpose parts for agriculture industry such as potato sorter, ear tags and sowing disc. Other uses include recreational & sporting equipment, chair roller, table edging, wheels, seals, gaskets, power tools, trolley tires, shoes, technical parts, conveyor belts, cables and films.
