Desmopan® 359X DPS300 by Covestro is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) with release agent. It exhibits very short cycle times, excellent abrasion- and good wear resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Desmopan® 359X DPS300 is used in heel patches, rollers, boot shells and engineering parts.

Texin® 770A by Covestro is a plasticizer free, aromatic, polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. It offers very good hydrolysis resistance, good low temperature flexibility, resiliency, impact strength and high moisture vapor transmission rate. It is processed by injection molding or extrusion.

• It is designed for soft touch over-molding, roof linings, seals, membranes, films, rigid/flexible composite systems and sport shoe soles.
• Texin® 770A complies with FDA regulations 21 CFR 177.1680 and 177.2600.

I'm green™ bio-based ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) by Braskem is a bio-based ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) containing 21% vinyl acetate. It offers significantly improved softness and flexibility compared to lower VA grades. It is particularly well-suited for footwear applications, especially soles and insoles that require enhanced comfort and performance. I'm green™ bio-based ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) combines functional advantages with a renewable origin, making it a sustainable alternative for high-quality consumer goods.

Desmopan® 9370AU by Covestro is an ether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) block copolymer grade with special UV stabilizers. It is plasticizer free and offers high moisture vapor transmission rate.

• It exhibits good low-temperature flexibility, very good hydrolysis and microbial resistance.
• It is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion.
• Desmopan® 9370AU is used in breathable films, hard-soft systems and sports shoe soles.

Desmopan® 9370A by Covestro is plasticizer free, ether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) block copolymer grade with high moisture vapor transmission rate. It exhibits low-temperature flexibility, very good hydrolysis and microbial resistance.

• It is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion.
• Desmopan® 9370A is used in breathable films, seals, membranes, hard-soft systems and sports shoe soles.

Texin® 990A by Covestro is polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. It offers excellent inherent resistance to saltwater stress cracking, and hydrolysis. It is suitable for processing by injection molding, extrusion and blow molding.

• It exhibits outstanding abrasion resistance, impact strength, toughness, and flexibility.
• It is used in belting, hose, seals and gaskets, tubing, cable & hose jackets, athletic soles, casters, film, extruded profiles, and miscellaneous molded articles.
• It is listed under NSF standard 61 for use in potable water applications.
• Texin® 990A complies with FDA regulations 21 CFR 177.1680 and 21 CFR 177.2600.

Texin® 785A by Covestro is an aromatic polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. It offers excellent hydrolytic stability, microbial resistance, abrasion resistance, resilience, low temperature flexibility, toughness, and impact strength. It is processed by injection molding.

• It can be used for soft touch overmolding applications requiring excellent grip.
• Texin® 785A is designed for sport shoes, golf discs, skiing, and other cold weather components.
