Hytrel® SC956 NC010 by Celanese is a plasticizer-free thermoplastic polyester elastomer. It is light stabilized and contains a non-discoloring stabilizer. Possesses good melt stability, excellent toughness, resilience, high resistance to creep, impact and flex fatigue, flexibility at low temperatures and good retention of properties at elevated temperatures. Provides resistance to industrial chemicals, oils and solvents. Is suitable for processing by injection molding, transfer molding, coating, thermoforming, casting, film-, sheet- and other extrusion. Mostly used in parts for healthcare industry. Hytrel® SC956 NC010 is suitable for food contact applications. It is used in demanding applications in the automotive, fluid power, electrical/electronic, consumer goods, appliance and power tool, sporting goods, furniture, industrial and off-road transportation/equipment industry.
