Hytrel® HTR8855 NC010 by Celanese is a plasticizer-free thermoplastic polyester elastomer. It is a medium modulus, heat stabilized grade. It possesses excellent toughness, resilience, high viscosity, flexibility at low temperatures, excellent mechanical properties and good retention of properties at elevated temperatures.
  • Provides high resistance to creep, impact, flex fatigue, industrial chemicals, automotive fluids, oils and solvents.
  • It exhibits good melt stability and enables the recycling of properly handled production waste.
  • Hytrel® HTR8855 NC010 is suitable for processing by injection molding, sheet-, film-sheet extrusion, casting and thermoforming.
  • Its potential applications are automotive, fluid power, electrical/electronic, consumer goods, appliance and power tool, sporting goods, furniture, industrial and off-road transportation/equipment industry.
  • It is also used in hose, tubing, wire, cable, film and sheeting and belting.
