Offers high tensile elongation, chemical resistance- & heat resistance and good dimensional stability. It is a non-halogenated flame retardant grade. Exhibits low corrosivity & toxicity and smoke emission. SILTEM™ Resin STM1500 (Europe) can be processed by extrusion. Used in aerospace, defense, mass transportation like rail, electronics, material handling, electricals and industrial material handling. Complies with RoHS and UL 94 V-1 flame rating.

FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD841U (Europe) by SABIC is a flexible, PFAS-free, low war page, UV-stabilized, thin-walled, non-reinforced, non-halogenated, flame retarded, extrudable blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It is a creep and impact resistant, non-chlorinated and non-brominated grade. It exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water & moisture absorption, good electrical properties, low specific gravity and good color stability after UV weathering. It offers dimensional & hydrolytic stability and good processability. It is used in electronics and electrical applications. FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD841U (Europe) is suitable for processing by wire extrusion coating. It is recommended for mobile phones, computes and tablets. It meets UL VW-1 requirements, 80C end-use temperature rating and heat deformation performance as defined by UL 1581. It is suitable for wire insulation and cable jacket applications in light colors.

FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCA875 (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, flexible, impact resistant, non chlorinated/brominated & non-halogenated flame retardant, unreinforced extrudable blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCA875 (Americas) is recommended for wire insulation applications in dark colors. It exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electric properties & processability, and low specific gravity. It can be processed by wire coating extrusion. It offers hydrolytic stability, low warpage, thin wall, low moisture absorption, creep resistant, dimensional stability. It is suitable for electrical and electronic applications such as mobile phones, computers and tablets. This material is capable of meeting UL VW-1 requirements, 105°C end use temperature rating, and heat deformation performance as defined by UL 1581.

It is a non-chlorinated and non-brominated grade. It exhibits low warpage & moisture absorption, superior thermal stability, dimensional stability, very low water absorption, good electrical properties and low specific gravity. It shows impact resistance, hydrolytic stability, low creep resistance and good processability. FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCA955 (Americas) is suitable for processing by wire extrusion coating. It meets UL VW-1 requirements, 105°C end-use temperature rating and heat deformation performance as defined by UL 1581. It is intended for evaluation in wire insulation, especially internal wire applications in dark colors. It is also suitable for coating AWG26 and AWG28 copper conductors. It is recommended for electrical and electronic applications such as mobile phones, computers & tablets.

FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD883A (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, flexible, thin-walled, non-reinforced, non-halogenated and flame retarded extrudable blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It exhibits low warpage, superior thermal stability, very low water & moisture absorption, good electrical properties and low specific gravity. It is a creep and impact resistant, non-chlorinated and non-brominated grade. It offers hydrolytic & dimensional stability and good processability. The processing is typically conducted on standard extrusion equipment, and UL 1581 testing is conducted on 2.0mm wire with 0.12mm X 20 stranded copper conductor. FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD883A (Americas) is recommended for electrical and electronic applications such as mobile phones, computers & tablets. It is suitable for wire extrusion coatings. It meets EN 50265-2-1 requirements. It is developed for evaluation in AC cable jacket applications such as HD 21.14 flexible cables that require EU VDE and dark color.

FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD795 (Americas) by SABIC is a PFAS-free, flexible, thin-walled, non-reinforced, non-halogenated and flame retarded blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It is a non-chlorinated and non-brominated grade. It exhibits low warpage & moisture absorption, superior thermal stability, dimensional stability, very low water absorption, good electrical properties and low specific gravity. It offers hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity, good processability. FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD795 (Americas) is suitable for processing by wire extrusion coating. It meets UL VW-1 requirements, 105°C end-use temperature rating and heat deformation performance as defined by UL 1581. It is intended for evaluation in AC cable jacket applications that require UL62 SVE and NISPE configurations at 90°c or 105°c temperature rating and black color. It is recommended for electrical and electronic applications such as mobile phones, computers & tablets.
