DuraForm® FR 100 Plastic by 3D Systems is a halogen-free, flame retardant printing/ prototyping plastic resin which is antimony free. Is a sintering prototyping polymer and is designed for injection molded plastics. Exhibits low smoke density and toxicity, durability, easy to process, no emission of corrosive gases, excellent toughness and good impact resistance. DuraForm® FR 100 Plastic is recommended for aerospace and aircraft cabin, compartment & cargo, computers, business equipment, electrical appliances, telecommunications equipment, building and structural components. Suitable for transportation, complex, thin-walled ductwork, unmanned air vehicles (UAV’s), housings and enclosures, connectors, vehicle dashboards & grilles, bumpers, rapid manufacturing, consumer goods and sporting products. Can be applied for building prototypes that withstand functional testing, creation of accurate and repeatable custom parts. Complies with FAR 25.853 and UL 94 V-0 Flame Rating.
