EP30-4Med by Master Bond is optically clear, low viscosity, two component epoxy system for high performance bonding, coating, sealing and casting. It is used primarily in medical device manufacturing. It is easy to use mix ratio, two to one by weight and contains no solvents or diluents.
  • It has very low shrinkage upon curing and bonds well with metals, composites, ceramics, glass, rubbers & plastics.
  • It offers superb electrical insulation properties, fast curing even in thin sections and good chemical resistance to water, most liquid sterilant & EtO sterilization.
  • It has a shelf life of 6 months at 75°F in original, unopened containers.
  • EP30-4Med is RoHS complaint and passes ISO 10993-5.
