Polyphase® S99 by Troy Corporation acts as a fungicide and algaecide. It is a cost-effective, environment-friendly, broad-spectrum product that is free from Diuron [DCMU {3-(3, 4-dichlorophenyl)-1, 1-dimethylurea}], VOCs (volatile organic compounds) & formaldehyde. Polyphase® S99 offers advanced low leaching, superior performance and long-lasting coating protection as evident from exposure testing in climates prone to severe fungal & algal growth. Suitable for water-based exterior, and stucco paints & coatings. VOC-free, isothiazolinone-free, carbendazim-free, diuron (AOX)-free, water-based broad-spectrum, dry-film preservative. Used for exterior applications that is effective against a wide variety of fungal and algal organisms. Is particularly useful for applications in which outstanding protection against algal growth is desired. Polyphase® P20T by Troy Corporation is a fungicide designed especially for waterborne latex paints and coatings. Provides dry film protection for solvent and most aqueous-based systems. Used to treat paints and coatings, stucco/masonry coatings, EIFS coatings and other similar coating products.
