Troysol™ 307 by Troy Corporation is a silicone copolymer modified with a non-ionic surfactant. Acts as a defoamer. Provides low & leveling and reduces color non-uniformity (flooding and floating) in many non-aqueous systems. Imparts improved bubble release to reduce surface defects. Used as a degassing agent in solvent-based paints and lacquers. Troysol™ 307 offers compatibility with air- and heat-drying alkyd and acrylic, 2-component epoxy and polyurethane, epoxy ester, epoxy phenol, oil modified and humidity curing polyurethane, saturated and unsaturated polyester, and lacquers based on nitro-cellulose, butyrates, vinyl and chlorinated rubber. Use level of this product is 0.20-0.60%. Troysol™ AFL by Troy Corporation is a polymeric ester blend. Acts as a silicone-free surfactant to improve bubble release and reduce pigment floating of non-aqueous systems. Used as a degassing, defoaming and flow control agent in solvent-based paints and lacquers. Troysol™ AFL offers compatibility with air- and heat-drying alkyd and acrylic, epoxy ester, epoxy phenol, oil modified and humidity curing polyurethane, saturated and unsaturated polyester, and lacquers based on nitro-cellulose, butyrates, vinyl and chlorinated rubber. It has a use level of 0.20-0.60%. Troysol™ ZLAC by Troy Corporation acts as a multipurpose, silicone-free wetting additive. Provides all of the benefits of Troysol LAC with no contribution to VOC in aqueous systems. Improves substrate wetting, adhesion, system flow, leveling, and gloss as well as color uniformity. Troysol™ ZLAC is used in acrylic, styrene acrylic, styrene butadiene, vinyl acetate-ethylene and vinyl acrylic resins. Also used in aqueous coatings and ink applications. Troysol™ MS2 Troy Corporation is a siloxane modified polymer. Used as a flow control agent in water-based and solvent-based paints and lacquers. Provides improved surface slip with excellent intercoat adhesion, and improved block-, slip- & mar resistance. Offers superior substrate wetting, surface appearance and increased hardness. Shows less susceptibility to soiling. Usage level of Troysol™ MS2 is 0.1-0.4%. Troysol™ 98C by Troy Corporation is an amino soap of fatty acids. Used as a dispersing, pigment wetting and anti-floating agent in solvent-based paints and lacquers. Compatible with air- and heat-drying alkyd and acrylic resins, epoxy ester, epoxy phenol and oil modified PU. Also shows compatibility with saturated and unsaturated polyester, and lacquers based on nitro-cellulose, butyrates, vinyl and chlorinated rubber. Recommended dosage level of Troysol™ 98C is 0.50-25%. Troysol™ CD1 is polymeric ester by Troy Corporation. Acts as a dispersing, pigment wetting and anti-floating agent in solvent-based paints and lacquers. Recommended dosage level of Troysol™ CD1 is 0.50-25%. Compatible with acrylic, alkyd, epoxy ester, oil modified urethane, polyester, two component epoxy, two component polyurethane and vinyl.
