Powdermate® 508TEX by Troy Corporation (Arxada) is a unique surface-active material used as a texturing agent. It is 100% active, ester-modified polyether oligomer. Powdermate® 508TEX is designed as a post-blend additive for texture-base powder coating systems. Its dosage level is 0.3-2.0 %. Powdermate® 542DG by Troy Corporation is a non-yellowing, 100% active degassing agent. Used in clear, pigmented, textured and primer powder coatings. Powdermate® 542DG has a use level of 0.5-2.0%. Powdermate® 570FL by Troy Corporation enhances the flow and leveling of a powder coating. Acts as a 100% active degassing and anti-crater agent. It has a superior gloss and recoatability. It resists cratering, orange peel, and hazing, thereby providing superior surface appearance. Used in pigmented and primer powder coatings. Use level of Powdermate® 570FL is 0.7-1.5%. Powdermate® 507PFL by Troy is an amide modified polymeric ester. Acts as a flow and leveling agent. Ensures whiter whites and deep rich colors in high gloss pigmented coatings. It provides superior intercoat performance in primer systems and high distinctness-of-image & excellent gloss retention for brilliant color coats. It resists cratering, orange peel, and hazing, thereby providing superior surface appearance. In addition this product provides excellent recoatability. It is effective in both thermal and UV cured systems. It is compatible with epoxy, polyester (TGIC), polyester (HAA), polyester epoxy (hybrid), polyester-urethane, acrylic. Powdermate® 507PFL is used in automotive coatings and powder coatings. It is listed under TSCA, EINECS, DSL/NDSL, AICS, ENCS, PICCS, China and IECSC. Powdermate® 486CFL by Troy Corporation enhances flow and leveling of a powder coatings. It has superior clarity, 100% active degassing, flow control and anti-crater agent. Powdermate® 486CFL resists orange peel- and hazing, thereby providing superior surface appearance. Used in clear and primer powder coatings. It has a use level of 0.5-2.0%.
