Touch OTAL 2006 by Touch Chem acts as aluminum orientation agent. It is ethylene vinyl acetate co-polymer wax. It is stabilized with CAB resin in the mixture solvents of xylene and butyl acetate of fine particles. It provides good aluminum and pearlescent pigments orientation control. It can be easily incorporated and disperse to the system by low sheer force. It exhibits thixotropic behavior, excellent heat resistance and is non-seeding, non-discoloring and non-reactive. It is suitable for metallic finishing coating, especially in road vehicle coating, machinery and plastic paint. It is recommended for non-aqueous system. Touch OTAL 2006 is used in polyurethane, acrylic-CAB system, saturated polyester-CAB system, straight thermoplastic acrylic, stoving acrylic and saturated polyester system and NC. Touch OTAL 2008 by Touch Chem acts as aluminum orientation agent & anti-settling agent for metallic finishing coating. Polyamide-ethylene vinyl acetate wax based co-polymer in the mixture solvents of xylene. Exhibits thixotropic behavior, excellent heat resistance and is non-seeding, non-discoloring and non reactive. Provides good aluminium and pearlecent pigments orientation control. Can be easily incorporated and disperse to the system by low sheer force. A low shear force of 6.0 m/s spiracles velocity is needed to ensure its good incorporation. Suitable for road vehicle coating, machinery and plastic paint. Touch OTAL 2008 is recommended for non-aqueous system. Used in polyurethane, acrylic-CAB system, saturated polyester-CAB system, straight thermoplastic acrylic, stoving acrylic and saturated polyester system and NC. Touch OTAL 2002 by Touch Chem is polyamide-ethylene vinyl acetate wax based co-polymer. Acts as an anti-settling- and orientation agent. It is formed in the mixture solvents of xylene, MPA and butyl acetate. Provides good aluminium and pearlecent pigments orientation control. Exhibits thixotropic behavior and low sheer force. Can be incorporated at any stage of production but ideally can be incorporated after the metallic pigments have been dispersed homogeneously. A low shear force of 6.0 m/s spiracles velocity is needed to ensure its good incorporation. Touch OTAL 2002 is used for metallic finishing coating, especially in road vehicle coating, machinery and plastic paint. Recommended for plastic coating.
