Touch DISPER 8507

Touch DISPER 8507 by Touch Chem acts as wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based paints. Hydroxy functional unsaturated modified carboxylic acid with pigment affinity groups. Provides increased gloss, decreased flooding of pigments, and reduced dispersion time. Touch DISPER 8507 is recommended to be added prior to the pigment dispersion process. Used for inorganic pigments, organic pigments, extenders as well as for carbon black. Suitable for use in all solvent-based paint especially for air dry alkyd, thermoplastic acrylic and NC.

Touch OTAL 2006

Touch OTAL 2006 by Touch Chem acts as aluminum orientation agent. It is ethylene vinyl acetate co-polymer wax. It is stabilized with CAB resin in the mixture solvents of xylene and butyl acetate of fine particles. It provides good aluminum and pearlescent pigments orientation control. It can be easily incorporated and disperse to the system by low sheer force. It exhibits thixotropic behavior, excellent heat resistance and is non-seeding, non-discoloring and non-reactive. It is suitable for metallic finishing coating, especially in road vehicle coating, machinery and plastic paint. It is recommended for non-aqueous system. Touch OTAL 2006 is used in polyurethane, acrylic-CAB system, saturated polyester-CAB system, straight thermoplastic acrylic, stoving acrylic and saturated polyester system and NC.

Touch ANSET 3000

Touch ANSET 3000 by Touch Chem is based on linear structure polyamide polymer. Acts as an anti-settling agent. It contains a special function group that enhances hydrogen bond formation resulting in better anti-settling effect. It prevents heavy pigments or filler to form hard settling. It exhibits high thixotropic behavior and has no influence on gloss of a high gloss top coat. It can be added during the grinding stage or as a post added anti-settling agent. A low shear force of 6.0 m/s spiracles velocity is needed to ensure its good incorporation. It is used for all solvent based coating systems. It is recommended for non-aqueous system. Touch ANSET 3000 is suitable for use in polyurethane, NC, thermoplastic acrylic, alkyd-urea acid curing system, epoxy, CAB system, etching primer and unsaturated polyester. Recommended dosage is 0.2-1%.
