Touch DISPER 8507 by Touch Chem acts as wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based paints. Hydroxy functional unsaturated modified carboxylic acid with pigment affinity groups. Provides increased gloss, decreased flooding of pigments, and reduced dispersion time. Touch DISPER 8507 is recommended to be added prior to the pigment dispersion process. Used for inorganic pigments, organic pigments, extenders as well as for carbon black. Suitable for use in all solvent-based paint especially for air dry alkyd, thermoplastic acrylic and NC. Touch DISPER 8554 by Touch Chem is a high molecular weight carboxylic acid salts. Acts as wetting- and dispersing agent. It also acts as a good activator for bentonite gel. Provides reduced dispersion time, reduced sedimentation or settling for primer, and decreased flooding of pigments. Recommended to be added prior to the pigment dispersion process. Used for inorganic pigments, organic pigments as well as extenders. Applicable for all solvent-based paint, primer or intermediate coat. Touch DISPER 8554 is suitable for non-polar to medium-polar binder systems, such as air-dried alkyd resins, chlorinated polymers, alkyd/amino resin combinations and epoxies.
