EXOhib PC500 by PCC Exol is an anti-flash rust- and corrosion inhibitor. It is a specialized mixture of suitably selected chemical compounds and contains approximately 50% active substance in an aqueous solution. It is borate- & nitrite-free, non-animal tested and biodegradable according to the OECD criteria.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It improves long-term corrosion protection, prevents formation of rust film during drying and reduces coat bubbling when exposed to water.</li>
<li>It is fully compatible with other paint components, such as polymer dispersions, pigments, fillers and auxiliary products.</li>
<li>It is an alternative agent to amino borates and sodium nitrite.</li>
<li>It is suitable for water soluble anticorrosion paints, matt-, glossy-, eco-friendly paints and varnishes.</li>
<li>Recommended dosage level of EXOhib PC500 is 0.2-0.8% depending on the formulation type.</li></ul> EXOhib PC108 by PCC Exol is a liquid corrosion inhibitor for waterborne anti-corrosion paints. It is a mixture of chemicals that is based on diethanolamine salt of polyoxyethylene (10) C12-14 alcohol phosphate. It provides long-term protection against corrosion for coated metal surfaces, especially steel. It can be used as an alternative to commonly used solid corrosion inhibitors, such as phosphates, molybdates and borates.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers high performance at low usage concentrations.</li>
<li>It shows very good compatibility with paint components, such as polymer dispersions, pigments, fillers and auxiliary agents.</li>
<li>It contains adhesion promoters, which ensures excellent adhesion and reduced coating blistering.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level of EXOhib PC108 is 0.5-2.0%.</li>
<li>It is highly pure, biodegradable and is classified according to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 [CLP/GHS].</li></ul> EXOhib PC400 by PCC Exol is a corrosion inhibitor and wetting agent. It is a mixture of amino boranes and is provided in the form of approx. 50% aqueous solution. It allows to moisture steel surfaces, without any phosphates or nitrites. It is highly compatible with acrylic, styrene-acrylic and vinyl-acrylic dispersions as well as with vinyl acetate copolymers.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is used in waterborne paints, in particular applied on steel surfaces.</li>
<li>It is applied in the form of an anti-flash rust additive preventing the rust film while drying.</li>
<li>It is used as a substitute for sodium nitrite.</li>
<li>It is stable in hard water and has low foaming properties.</li>
<li>It is non-animal tested and complies with ADR regulations.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level of EXOhib PC400 in anticorrosive-, matt and gloss paint is 0.3-0.6% by weight.</li></ul>
