EXOdis PC540A

EXOdis PC540A by PCC Exol is an anionic polymer dispersant and corrosion inhibitor of hydrophobic nature. It is a 25% aqueous solution of light-yellow ammonium salt of an acrylic copolymer. It exhibits very good dispersing properties in mineral fillers and inorganic pigments, especially titanium white. It provides excellent stability and significantly better water- & wet scrubbing resistance.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is compatible with acrylic, styrene-acrylic & vinyl-acrylic dispersions as well as with commercially available vinyl acetate copolymers.</li> <li>It is highly efficient even in low concentrations and is also compatible with rheology modifiers such as cellulose derivatives & polyurethane-based compounds.</li> <li>EXOdis PC540A is suitable for waterborne facade paints, decorative paints for interior & exterior, titanium white concentrates, plaster work and anticorrosive paints.</li> <li>It is non-animal tested and is not classified according to CLP/GHS regulation.</li> <li>The recommended dosage level is 0.1-1.5% by weight.</li></ul>

EXOdis PC800

EXOdis PC800 by PCC Exol is a non-ionic surfactant with very good dispersing- and wetting properties. It has well-designed composition and is partly based on raw materials of natural origin. It offers good affinity for both organic and inorganic pigments and carbon black.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides very good colorant stability and shows excellent compatibility in water-based & solvent-based formulations, so it can be used for the production of universal colorants.</li> <li>It shows an excellent synergy with commonly used dispersants, such as polyacrylate-based products.</li> <li>It effectively wets and deflocculates the pigment, which reduces viscosity of the pigment suspension and allows for obtaining an optimum pigment concentration.</li> <li>EXOdis PC800 is suitable for the production of ecological-, decorative paints and varnishes for indoor and outdoor use.</li> <li>It is nano-material free, non-animal tested and does not complies with ADR/RID regulations.</li> <li>The recommended dosage level is 5.0-25.0% in pigment concentrates and 0.1-1.0% in ready-to-use paint formulations.</li></ul>

EXOdis PC40

EXOdis PC40 by PCC Exol is an anionic polymer dispersing agent. It is available as 40% aqueous solution of sodium salt of polyacrylic acid. It exhibits very good dispersing and stabilizing properties, especially in case of titanium white and mineral fillers. It is safe, non-animal tested and is non-classified according to CLP.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is compatible with widely used styrene and acrylic dispersions, as well as homo- & copolymers of vinyl acetate.</li> <li>It is also compatible with pigments & rheology modifiers and is highly efficient even in low concentrations.</li> <li>It is used as a wetting agent for the production of a broad spectrum of water-based white paints.</li> <li>It has a low VOC content which allows to produce paint formulations in compliance with Directive 2004/42/EC.</li> <li>EXOdis PC40 is suitable for decorative paints for interior & exterior applications, titanium white concentrates and plaster work.</li> <li>The recommended dosage level is 0.2-2%, and for waterborne paints is 0.1-0.6% by weight.</li></ul>
