EXOhib PC500

EXOhib PC500 by PCC Exol is an anti-flash rust- and corrosion inhibitor. It is a specialized mixture of suitably selected chemical compounds and contains approximately 50% active substance in an aqueous solution. It is borate- & nitrite-free, non-animal tested and biodegradable according to the OECD criteria.

• It improves long-term corrosion protection, prevents formation of rust film during drying and reduces coat bubbling when exposed to water.
• It is fully compatible with other paint components, such as polymer dispersions, pigments, fillers and auxiliary products.
• It is an alternative agent to amino borates and sodium nitrite.
• It is suitable for water soluble anticorrosion paints, matt-, glossy-, eco-friendly paints and varnishes.
• Recommended dosage level of EXOhib PC500 is 0.2-0.8% depending on the formulation type.
