EXOhib PC108 by PCC Exol is a liquid corrosion inhibitor for waterborne anti-corrosion paints. It is a mixture of chemicals that is based on diethanolamine salt of polyoxyethylene (10) C12-14 alcohol phosphate. It provides long-term protection against corrosion for coated metal surfaces, especially steel. It can be used as an alternative to commonly used solid corrosion inhibitors, such as phosphates, molybdates and borates.
  • It offers high performance at low usage concentrations.
  • It shows very good compatibility with paint components, such as polymer dispersions, pigments, fillers and auxiliary agents.
  • It contains adhesion promoters, which ensures excellent adhesion and reduced coating blistering.
  • The recommended dosage level of EXOhib PC108 is 0.5-2.0%.
  • It is highly pure, biodegradable and is classified according to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 [CLP/GHS].
