Jietonda® SA2486 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material acts as a charge enhancing agent. Hindered amide. Improves transfer-efficiency and minimize Faraday-Cage effects during application. Can increase friction charged performance at low use levels and provides improved substrate wetting, result in better flow as well as appearance of film. Possesses quite good thermo-stability and anti-yellowing properties. Has no catalytic activity and does not affect the gloss as well as gel time of coat. Used in powder coatings. The use level of Jietonda® SA2486 is 0.2-0.4% by weight calculated on total formula. Jietonda® K7216 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is a synthetic resin based matting agent. It is designed for applying in exterior PES/TGIC powder coatings with excellent flow and weather-resistance. It provides fine and smooth surface and good stability for baking, recommended to use on anti-yellowing condition. It offers outstanding mechanical properties, much better scratch/ friction resistance than PE/GMA matting system as well as outstanding gloss stability, reproducibility and also satisfy wide ranges of extrusion processing. With proper resin, it can provide 12% (60°)or less of gloss (suggested to choose slow curing polyester, should not be used alone with fast curing polyester). Jietonda® K7216 recommended use level is 2-6% by weight of total formula. It has a shelf life of 1 years. Jietonda® K7232 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is a wax-free, synthetic resin based matting hardener. It is designed for hybrid powder coatings to provide 2-40% (60°) of gloss. Powder coatings formulated with Jietonda® K7232 has excellent impact resistance, surface hardness and scratch resistance. It has wide range of applicability to polyester resins. It reacts with epoxy resin, the ratio of K7232/epoxy is 1:2.5. Jietonda® K7232 recommended use level is 1-5% by weight based on total formula. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Jietonda® K7212 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is a synthetic resin based matting agent. It is designed for applying in exterior PES/TGIC powder coatings with excellent flow and weather-resistance. It is?more economical and reasonable price with high quality. It is used for household appliances, IT equipments, office appliances, playground equipments and other industrial applications. Jietonda® SA2071 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material recommended use level is 0.1 -0.3% based on the total weight of the formulation. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Jietonda® SA2072 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is a pre-dispersion texture additive. It is applicable for powder coating systems such as pure epoxy, hybrid, PES/TGIC or PES/HAA and PU etc to provide a special texture finish with fine-grained surface. It is?more economical and reasonable price with high quality. It is used for household appliances, IT equipments, office appliances, playground equipments and other industrial applications. Jietonda® SA2072 recommended use level is 0.1-0.2% based on the total weight of the formulation. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Jietonda® K7213 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is a synthetic resin based matting agent. It is designed for applying in exterior PES/TGIC powder coatings with excellent flow and weather-resistance. Jietonda® K1174(TMMGU) by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is a tetrakis (methyoxymethyl) glycoluril (TMMGU). It is an aminoplast-based crosslinker. It provides excellent over bake resistance and anti-yellowing. It reacts with hydroxyl polyester to create durable wrinkle finish powder coatings. Jietonda® K1174(TMMGU) recommended use level is approx.6/94 by weight of polyester with hydroxyl number approx. 30-35(mg KOH/g). It has a shelf life of 2 years. Jietonda® K7730 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is a transfer printing additive. It improves transfer printing’s effect of powder coatings, which prevents back-sticking of the film to be transfer printed, thereby remarkably improving the clarity of the transfer printing’s pattern and easily tearing the paper. It can also improve film’s mechanical performance & anti-staining capability. Jietonda® K7730 recommended use level is 0.5-1.5% based on the total weight of the formulation. It has a shelf life of 2 years. Jietonda® Benzoin by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is an organic compound benzoin. Acts as a degassing agent. It eliminates bubbles in the melt coatings which will create pinholes in coatings film. It can be applied in all categories of powder coatings. Jietonda® Benzoin recommended use level is 0.3-0.8% by total weight of formula. Jietonda® Benzoin has a shelf life of 2 years.
