Jietonda® K7232 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is a wax-free, synthetic resin based matting hardener. It is designed for hybrid powder coatings to provide 2-40% (60°) of gloss. Powder coatings formulated with Jietonda® K7232 has excellent impact resistance, surface hardness and scratch resistance. It has wide range of applicability to polyester resins. It reacts with epoxy resin, the ratio of K7232/epoxy is 1:2.5. Jietonda® K7232 recommended use level is 1-5% by weight based on total formula. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
