Epoxy hardener SA31 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is 2-phenyl imidazoline. Acts as an epoxy resin hardener or an accelerator. Epoxy hardener SA31 can reduce curing temperature or shorten curing time of epoxy powder coatings by replacing a part of DICY or substituted DICY in formulas. As main hardener, the use level is 6-7 parts/100 parts of epoxy resin (E.E.W 700~900) by weight and as an accelerator, the use level is 0.1-0.5% based on total weight of formula. Is a substituted DICY that can be used as a hardener. Exhibits improved compatibility compared with DICY. Can achieve fully cross-linkage at curing conditions of 150°C/25min and 180°C/15min when it is used as main hardener in epoxy based powder coatings. Imparts good flow and excellent mechanical properties as well as good fading resistance. Used for epoxy powder coatings such as high gloss decorative powder coatings, electric insulation and corrosive-resistance powder coatings. The use level is 4-5phr of epoxy resins [EEW 700~900]. EPOXY HARDENER K7108 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is an accelerated DICY curing agent for epoxy applied for thin film decorative coating or functional epoxy powder coating. Imparts excellent appearance and good mechanical properties. Provides 150°C/10min low temperature curing or 240°C/2min fast curing. Recommended dosage for EPOXY HARDENER K7108 is 4-6 parts per 100 parts of epoxy resin (E.E.W 700~900) by weight. Suitable for use in pipeline coating, rebar coating. It has a shelf life of one year. EPOXY HARDENER K7104 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is an accelerated DICY curing agent for epoxy, which is applied for thick film decorative or functional epoxy powder coatings, such as pipeline coatings, rebar coatings, FBE coatings etc. It can achieve mild temperature curing (140°C) or quick curing. EPOXY HARDENER K7104 imparts excellent mechanical properties and good chemical resistance. Also has good storage stability. The use level is 3-5 parts per 100 parts of epoxy resin (E.E.W 700~900) by weight. Epoxy hardener SA2831 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is a ultra-fine grade of accelerated DICY curing agent used in pure epoxy powder coatings. It interacts with epoxy resins through both catalytic and addition reaction of DICY portion, so it can be used individually or in combination with other materials, and formulate a wide range of functional powder coatings with medium temp. & fast curing. Epoxy hardener SA2831 is recommended level is approx. 4-5 parts calculated on 100 parts of epoxy resins (EEW 700-900) by weight. Micronized modified DICY, which used as latent curing agent in pure epoxy powder coatings. Possesses highly reactive activity. Can disperse easily and uniformly into liquid resins. Recommended level is approx. 3.5-4.5 parts calculated on 100 parts of epoxy resins (EEW 700-900) by weight.
