Primid/Curing agent SA3120A by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is a high purity-hydroxyalkylamide crosslinking agent. It is a substitute of TGIC. Has proven weather-resistance and low temperature curing (150?) property. Exhibits enhanced charging properties so better powder transfer efficiency could be obtained. Possesses flow and mechanical properties. Compared with basic SA3120, it improved characteristics of anti-hydrolysis aging and anti-yellowing when over burning. Primid/Curing agent SA3120A is used in powder coatings. Recommend to design formulation by weight parts of 95/5 [resin to SA3120A] for polyester resin with AV ca.34mg KOH/g; 96.5/3.5 for polyester resin with AV ca.22mg KOH/g.
Pigment diperasant agent SA516 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is a 100% active polymeric dispersant. Offers good pigment dispersing ability to provide better color strength/development, especially for carbon black. Possesses improved gloss and flow/leveling as well as improved film quality. Can be used in a broad range of powder coatings based on PES/TGIC, PES/HAA, hybrid, epoxy, PU and acrylate. The use level of Pigment diperasant agent SA516 is 0.5-1.0% by weight, based on total formulation weight.
Jietonda® SA2486 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material acts as a charge enhancing agent. Hindered amide. Improves transfer-efficiency and minimize Faraday-Cage effects during application. Can increase friction charged performance at low use levels and provides improved substrate wetting, result in better flow as well as appearance of film. Possesses quite good thermo-stability and anti-yellowing properties. Has no catalytic activity and does not affect the gloss as well as gel time of coat. Used in powder coatings. The use level of Jietonda® SA2486 is 0.2-0.4% by weight calculated on total formula.
