Ultrafine™ 1W-LS A by Lawter is a micronized ultrafine polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder. Possesses slightly broader particle size distribution. Offers COF reduction, enhanced slip, lubricity, mar and scuff resistance. Provides excellent heat resistance, minimal effect on gloss and rheology, anti-blocking as well as anti-stick properties. Ultrafine™ 1W-LS A is used in heatset and sheetfed offset ink, UV, metal deco, overprint varnish, laser imprintable, hot foil stampable, coil, can, wood and powder coatings. Offers maximum rub and mar resistance, block resistance, slip as well as re-coatability. Has narrow particle size distribution for ease of dispersion and uniformity. Ultrafine™ 1000A is tolerable of higher processing temperatures. Used in flexographic ink, gravure ink, sheetfed, UV & metal deco, coil, can, wood, powder coatings, stains and lacquers. Recommended dosage ranges from 0.5 to 3%. Ultrafine™ 5W A by Lawter is a micronized PTFE wax. Offers COF reduction and maximum rub resistance. May be used in combination with other polymers for the most effective balance of cost versus performance. Micronized polytetrafluoroethylene wax. Is designed for lubricity, abrasion as well as heat resistance and may be used in combination with other waxes for the most effective balance of cost and performance. Offers the COF reduction and enhanced slip. Exhibits the anti-blocking as well as anti-stick properties, heat, mar and scuff resistance. Has minimal effect on gloss and rheology. Ultrafine™ 1WLS E by Lawter is a premium polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder. Improves the surface properties of printing inks. Is designed for lubricity, abrasion, heat resistance and may be used in combination with other waxes for the most effective balance of cost and performance. Ultrafine™ 1WLS E offers COF reduction, enhanced slip, mar and scuff resistance. Provides minimal effect on gloss & rheology.
