Ultrafine™ 1W A by Lawter is a micronized ultrafine polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder. Offers COF reduction, enhanced slip and lubricity. Exhibits excellent heat-, mar and scuff resistance. Provides minimal effect on gloss & rheology, anti-blocking as well as anti-stick properties. Used in heatset and sheetfed offset ink, UV, metal deco, overprint varnish, coil, can, wood and powder coatings. Ultrafine™ 1W A is suitable for laser imprintable and hot foil stampable applications. Recommended usage level ranges from 1 to 4%.
