Ultrafine™ 1W-LS A by Lawter is a micronized ultrafine polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) powder. Possesses slightly broader particle size distribution. Offers COF reduction, enhanced slip, lubricity, mar and scuff resistance. Provides excellent heat resistance, minimal effect on gloss and rheology, anti-blocking as well as anti-stick properties. Ultrafine™ 1W-LS A is used in heatset and sheetfed offset ink, UV, metal deco, overprint varnish, laser imprintable, hot foil stampable, coil, can, wood and powder coatings. Recommended usage level ranges from 1 to 4%.
