Low add-on levels of HD-2301 will enable synthetic fabrics to pass various FR tests including NFPA-701, MVSS-302, & others. The film properties of HD-2301 also provide a stiff hand and excellent molding/pleating properties. Due to its aliphatic composition, excellent UV resistance is also exhibited. Possesses high melting point (360°F), excellent low temperature flexibility and excellent abrasion resistance. This combination of properties makes HD-2301 an excellent coating or finish for synthetic pleated shades, vertical blinds, and other fabrics that must be stiff, flexible as well as flame retardant. A very hard, polycarbonate-based, aliphatic, waterborne polyurethane dispersion. HD-2504 was developed for general coatings use where exceptional resistance to hydrolysis, oxidation and UV degradation is required. HD-2504 is ideally suited for exterior applications where film durability and longevity are important considerations. Possesses superior chemical and stain resistance. Also has excellent exterior weathering durability and humidity resistance. Contains n-methyl pyrrolidone co-solvent. HD-2504 may be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for application by conventional or air-assisted spray equipment. It may be thickened with associative thickeners to attain desired application viscosity. Hauthane L-2875 by Hauthaway is a hard, NMP-free, aliphatic, polyester polyurethane dispersion. It exhibits excellent non-yellowing, abrasion-, mar-, water- and chemical resistance properties. It produces tough, clear, durable films with low levels of co-solvent. It contains DMM as a co-solvent. It can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray, dip or rotogravure ink. It can be thickened with associative thickeners for knife-over-roll or similar methods. Hauthane L-2875 is designed for architectural coatings, topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic and wood. A hard, chemical-resistant, aliphatic, waterborne polyurethane dispersion. Used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray or brush applications. Rheology modifications can be made with associative thickeners for alternative application methods. Offers superior adhesion to PVC, excellent UV resistance, exceptional alcohol resistance and humidity resistance. Contains n-methyl pyrrolidone co-solvent. It was developed for use on flexible and rigid PVC and other plastic substrates. It may also be formulated to provide gloss topcoats on cementitious, metal and wood substrates. This product exhibits superior chemical resistance properties, while maintaining excellent flexibility and gloss retention characteristics. Hauthane L-2892 by Hauthaway is an extremely hard, NMP-free, APEO-free, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with exceptional chemical and early water-resistance properties. It shows outstanding fast early water resistance development. It produces films with exceptional adhesion to aluminum, excellent leveling properties and high levels of chemical resistance. It can be crosslinked to enhance performance. It contains di-propylene glycol dimethyl ether(DMM) as a co-solvent. In Hauthane L-2892, rheology modifications can be made with associative thickeners for alternative application methods. It can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray or rotogravure inks. It is suitable for architectural coatings, topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic and wood. A soft, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. Can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray or rotogravure applications. Rheology modifications can be made with associative thickeners for alternative application methods. Offers outstanding toughness and abrasion resistance. Possesses excellent water- and chemical resistance. Has exceptionally high melting point for a medium soft polymer. Can be crosslinked to enhance performance and contains n-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) co-solvent. It was designed primarily for use on flexible substrates as a coating, saturant or impregnant. Used in architectural and industrial coatings. A co-solvent free, flame retardant, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. HD-2313 was designed for use as a coating or finish for synthetic textile fabrics that must have permanent flame retardancy. Low add-on levels of HD-2313 will enable synthetic fabrics to pass various FR tests including NFPA-701, MVSS-302, & others. HD-2313 is well suited for use in textile coatings, such as automotive upholstery, that requires outstanding strength without the use of antimony-oxide/decabrome chemistry. Possesses excellent low temperature flex crack resistance. Using HD-2303 coating can be formulated to pass MVSS-302 and maintain required strength properties at a much lower coating weight than conventional coating. This results in a much softer hand and possible cost savings. Polyester-based, hydroxyl-functional, aliphatic, waterborne polyurethane dispersion. Contains n-methyl pyrrolidone co-solvent. Possesses excellent exterior weathering durability and humidity resistance. HD-6000 was developed for use with water-dispersible, isocyanate crosslinkers such as Bayer’s Bayhydur 302 or Rhodia’s Rhodocoat WT-2102. This product exhibits superior chemical resistance, while maintaining excellent flexibility and gloss retention characteristics. The workable potlife is approximately 3 hours at the suggested crosslinker ratio of 2.0 to 1.0 NCO/OH. The product, when crosslinked provides tough, chemical resistant, glossy coatings which may be applied to a variety of substrates including concrete, metals, plastics and wood materials. Soft, fire retardant, aliphatic, low VOC, waterborne urethane dispersion. HD-2301 was designed for use as a coating or finish for synthetic textile fabrics that must have permanent flame retardancy. Low add-on levels of HD-2303 will enable synthetic fabrics to pass various FR tests including NFPA-701, MVSS-302, & others. HD-2303 is well suited for use in textile coatings, such as automotive upholstery, that requires outstanding strength and flame retardancy without the use of antimony-oxide/decabrome chemistry. Possesses excellent low temperature flexibility and very good abrasion resistance. Using HD-2303, a coating can be formulated to pass MVSS-302 and maintain required strength properties at a much lower coating weight than conventional coating. This results in a much softer hand and possible cost savings. Due to its aliphatic composition, excellent UV resistance is also exhibited.
