Hauthane HD-2107

An aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. Can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray or rotogravure applications. Rheology modifications can be made with associative thickeners for alternative application methods. Offers extreme toughness, abrasion and mar resistance. Possesses excellent water- and chemical resistance as well as excellent weathering performance. Can be cross-linked to enhance performance and contains n-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) co-solvent. It was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic and wood. Also used in topcoats of leather finishes.
