Hauthane HD-2301

A stiff, flame-retardant, aliphatic, waterborne urethane dispersion. HD-2301 was designed for use as a coating or finish for synthetic textile fabrics that must have permanent flame retardancy. Low add-on levels of HD-2301 will enable synthetic fabrics to pass various FR tests including NFPA-701, MVSS-302, & others. The film properties of HD-2301 also provide a stiff hand and excellent molding/pleating properties. Due to its aliphatic composition, excellent UV resistance is also exhibited. Possesses high melting point (360°F), excellent low temperature flexibility and excellent abrasion resistance. This combination of properties makes HD-2301 an excellent coating or finish for synthetic pleated shades, vertical blinds, and other fabrics that must be stiff, flexible as well as flame retardant.
