Hauthane L-2892

Hauthane L-2892 by Hauthaway is an extremely hard, NMP-free, APEO-free, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with exceptional chemical and early water-resistance properties. It shows outstanding fast early water resistance development. It produces films with exceptional adhesion to aluminum, excellent leveling properties and high levels of chemical resistance. It can be crosslinked to enhance performance. It contains di-propylene glycol dimethyl ether(DMM) as a co-solvent. In Hauthane L-2892, rheology modifications can be made with associative thickeners for alternative application methods. It can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray or rotogravure inks. It is suitable for architectural coatings, topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic and wood.
