E-Sperse® 325 by Ethox Chemicals is a non-ionic, non-polar emulsifier and pigment dispersant. It offers better long term stability when combined with E-Sperse® 100 or E-Sperse® 324. It provides low usage rates and improves color strength and rheological properties. It promotes freeze-thaw stability. It shows good compatibility with styrene acrylic, acrylic latexes, polyester, short-, medium- & long oil alkyds and epoxies. It can be used in aqueous and solution resin applications. E-Sperse® 325 is designed for coating applications. Recommended dosage level for basic formulation is 10-12%. It complies with TSCA. E-Sperse® 344 by Ethox Chemicals is a non-ionic, aqueous emulsifier and pigment dispersing agent for organic red and black pigments. It shows good compatibility with styrene acrylic, acrylic latexes, short-, medium- & long oil alkyds and epoxies. It improves color strength, rheological properties and freeze-thaw stability. E-Sperse® 344 is suitable for coating applications. Recommended dosage level for basic formulation is 8-12%. It is TSCA approved. E-Sperse® 345 by Ethox Chemicals is a multifunctional, non-ionic, aqueous emulsifier and pigment dispersing agent. It offers long term stability when combined with E-Sperse® 100 or E-Sperse® 324. It offers good stability, low usage rates at a high pigment loading. It improves color strength and rheological properties. It promotes freeze-thaw stability. It is effective in dispersing inorganic and organic pigments. It is effective for difficult to disperse solar reflective metal oxide pigments in urethane aircraft paint formulations. It contains hydroxyl functionality which allows the dispersant to crosslink into urethane and melamine-based formulations. E-Sperse® 4754 is designed for solvent- and resin-based coating applications. Recommended dosage level is 3-12%. It is TSCA compliant. E-Sperse® RX-201 by Ethox Chemicals is a non-ionic, non-migrating, reactive alkyd emulsifier. Acts as a reactive surfactant for acrylic, styrene acrylic and vinyl ester modified latexes. It is an APE-free grade and has no volatile organic compounds (VOC). Offers water repellent coating formulations, better adhesion to substrates, especially metal, coating hardness, excellent alkyd emulsion stability and low foaming tendency. It also provides improved freeze/thaw stability. E-Sperse® RX-201 is suitable for deck stains, direct-to-metal paints, and primer applications. E-Sperse® RS-1618 by Ethox Chemicals acts as surface conditioners and modifiers and emulsifiers. It is a anionic, aqueous sulfate ammonium ion salt. It lowers surfactant dosage and foaming during polymerization. It is compatible with acrylic, styrene acrylic and vinyl ester modified latexes. It improves gloss, freeze thaw stability, latex stability and washability of the coating. It increases moisture sensitivity and reduces coating defects such as pin holing due to surfactant extraction. It is designed for hydrophobic coatings such as deck stains, direct-to-metal paints, primers, and other coatings in which high water resistance and excellent adhesion are desired.
