E-Sperse® 325 by Ethox Chemicals is a non-ionic, non-polar emulsifier and pigment dispersant. It offers better long term stability when combined with E-Sperse® 100 or E-Sperse® 324. It provides low usage rates and improves color strength and rheological properties. It promotes freeze-thaw stability. It shows good compatibility with styrene acrylic, acrylic latexes, polyester, short-, medium- & long oil alkyds and epoxies. It can be used in aqueous and solution resin applications. E-Sperse® 325 is designed for coating applications. Recommended dosage level for basic formulation is 10-12%. It complies with TSCA. E-Sperse® 344 by Ethox Chemicals is a non-ionic, aqueous emulsifier and pigment dispersing agent for organic red and black pigments. It shows good compatibility with styrene acrylic, acrylic latexes, short-, medium- & long oil alkyds and epoxies. It improves color strength, rheological properties and freeze-thaw stability. E-Sperse® 344 is suitable for coating applications. Recommended dosage level for basic formulation is 8-12%. It is TSCA approved. E-Sperse® 345 by Ethox Chemicals is a multifunctional, non-ionic, aqueous emulsifier and pigment dispersing agent. It offers long term stability when combined with E-Sperse® 100 or E-Sperse® 324. It improves color strength, rheological properties and freeze-thaw stability. It shows good compatibility with styrene acrylic, acrylic latexes, short-, medium- & long oil alkyds and epoxies. It is effective in dispersing inorganic and organic pigments. It is effective for difficult to disperse solar reflective metal oxide pigments in urethane aircraft paint formulations. It contains hydroxyl functionality which allows the dispersant to crosslink into urethane and melamine-based formulations. E-Sperse® 4754 is designed for solvent- and resin-based coating applications. Recommended dosage level is 3-12%. It is TSCA compliant. E-Sperse® 323 by Ethox Chemicals acts as an anionic, aqueous, co-pigment dispersant and emulsifier. It is a neutralized phosphate ester that can be used in combination with other nonionic pigment dispersions to promote good long term package stability. It prevents thixotropic problems and shows compatibility with titanium dioxide, UV stabilizers and flame retardants. It shows good compatibility with styrene acrylic, acrylic latexes, short-, medium- & long oil alkyds and epoxies. E-Sperse® 326 is designed for coating and water-based ink applications. Recommended dosage level for basic formulation is 10-12%. It complies with TSCA. E-Sperse® RS-1596 by Ethox Chemicals is an anionic, VOC-free surfactant and emulsifier. It is a poly(oxyethylene) styrenated phenol allyl glycidyl. It improves gloss, freeze thaw stability, latex stability, washability of coating and lower foaming during polymerization. It increases moisture sensitivity and reduces coating defects such as pin holing due to surfactant extraction. It is compatible with acrylic, styrene acrylic and vinyl ester modified latexes. E-Sperse® RS-1596 is suitable for hydrophobic coatings such as deck stains, direct-to-metal paints, primers, and other coatings in which high water resistance and excellent adhesion are desired. It is TSCA compliant.
