E-Sperse® 4754 by Ethox Chemicals is a VOC-free, natural oil-based dispersant and emulsifier. It is effective in dispersing inorganic and organic pigments. It is effective for difficult to disperse solar reflective metal oxide pigments in urethane aircraft paint formulations. It contains hydroxyl functionality which allows the dispersant to crosslink into urethane and melamine-based formulations. It provides low usage rates and improves color strength, rheological properties and freeze-thaw stability. It shows good compatibility with styrene acrylic, lamp black, acrylic latexes, polyester, short-, medium- & long oil alkyds and epoxies. E-Sperse® 4754 is designed for solvent- and resin-based coating applications. Recommended dosage level is 3-12%. It is TSCA compliant.
