E-Sperse® 323 by Ethox Chemicals acts as an anionic, aqueous, co-pigment dispersant and emulsifier. It is a neutralized phosphate ester that can be used in combination with other nonionic pigment dispersions to promote good long term package stability. It prevents thixotropic problems and shows compatibility with titanium dioxide, UV stabilizers and flame retardants. It provides low usage rates and improves color strength and rheological properties. It promotes freeze-thaw stability. It is compatible with styrene acrylic, acrylic latexes, short-, medium- & long oil alkyds and epoxies. E-Sperse® 323 is designed for coatings and inks. Recommended dosage level for basic formulations is 10-12%. It is TSCA compliant.
