Hostavin® 3070 DISP by Clariant is an oligomeric hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It provides enhanced color stability and high gloss retention. It is used as a light stabilizer and a radical scavenger in OEM, car refinish, general industrial, architectural, plastic, powder (all binder systems), coil coatings and waterborne systems. Recommended dosage level of Hostavin® 3070 DISP is 1.0–3.0% (active additive on solid resin). It has a shelf life of three years. Hostavin® 3400 LIQ by Clariant is a high performance, non-migrating, triazine-based UV absorber. It offers superior light stabilization versus standard solutions. It shows excellent weathering performance due to its high photo-permanence and thermal stability. When formulated in combination with a non-migrating HALS, it will provide outstanding outdoor light stabilization in coatings applied on plastic substrates.<br>

It provides broad UV absorption, good photo permanence and improved light stability. It is suitable for solvent borne and waterborne paints and coatings with the addition of a co-solvent. It is used in all exterior coating systems, i.e. automative OEM clearcoats, general industrial and wood coatings. The recommended dosage is 1.0-3.0% (active additive on solid resin). Hostavin® 3130 LIQ has a shelf life of 2 years. Hostavin® 3292 LIQ by Clariant is a 100% liquid, low molecular weight, methylated basic hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It offers good solubility, broad compatibility and good stabilization efficiency in all kinds of coatings. It is recommended for solvent borne coatings and easy to incorporate into waterborne coatings with the addition of a co-solvent. It is used in automotive OEM coatings, car refinish and general industrial coatings. The recommended dosage is 0.5-2.0% (active additive on solid resin). Hostavin® 3123 LIQ by Clariant is an amino-ether low molecular weight, non-basic, hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It offers good solubility, broad compatibility and good stabilization efficiency in all kinds of coatings, including acid-catalyzed systems. It provides improved gloss retention and reduced surface cracking compared to standard basic HALS. It is used in
automotive OEM, refinish, industrial & solvent borne wood coatings, stains, based on alkyd/acrylic oxidative air-drying systems. The recommended dosage is 0.5-2.0% (active additive on solid resin). Hostavin® PR-25 granules by Clariant is a unique UV absorber with excellent absorption especially in the UVB-range. It is colorless and even in high concentration in the resin does not lead to any discoloration. It does not form colored complexes with metal ions as many other UV-absorbers do. It is recommended for UV cured systems, clear coats, solvent borne and general industrial coatings. Hostavin® PR-25 granules has a shelf life of 3 years. Hostavin® VSU powder by Clariant is an oxalanilide-based UV absorber. It is characterized by its absolute colorlessness. It is low volatile polar substance with good heat stability. It is resistant to discoloration with metal ions, e.g. from polymerization catalyst residues, fillers or from contact surfaces. It absorbs the UV light especially in the UV-B range and is therefore a stabilizer of choice for combinations with optical brighteners and for UV curing systems. Hostavin® VSU powder is used in solventborne coatings, car refinish, UV curable and general industrial coatings. It has a shelf life of 3 years. Hostavin® ARO 8 flakes by Clariant is a cost effective, hydroxy-benzophenone UV absorber. It is recommended for low to moderate stabilization requirements. It is used in most of the solvent borne coatings and is particularly for wood coatings. Hostavin® ARO 8 flakes has a shelf life of 3 years. Hostavin® ARO 8 powder by Clariant is a cost effective, hydroxy-benzophenone UV absorber in powder form. It is recommended for low to moderate stabilization requirements. It is used in most of the solvent borne coatings and is particularly for wood coatings. Hostavin® ARO 8 powder has a shelf life of 3 years. Hostavin® 3058 liq by Clariant is a non-basic, low molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It offers low volatility, excellent solubility and broad compatibility in wide range of liquid paints. It can be used for stabilization of high solids systems and acid-catalyzed formulations. Hostavin® 3058 liq is designed for UV cured coatings, OEM, car refinish, plastic & coil coatings and industrial coatings.
