Genapol® ED 3060

Genapol® ED 3060 by Clariant is an APEO-, and preservative-free, nonionic wetting agent for use as compatibilizer in waterborne high PVC paints and waterborne and solvent-borne low PVC lacquers. It also acts as a dispersing agent. It is hazard label-free and easy to handle grade with very low VOC. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is recommended for decorative and industrial paints. </li> <li>It is suitable for ecolabel certified paints. </li> <li>It offers increased tinting strength, improved wetting of the coated surface, good adhesion on metal and polyethylene and reduced water absorption. </li> <li>Genapol® ED 3060 prevents the rub-out effects, reduces haze and the foam build up and has no side effects on surface drying, overpaintability or yellowing. </li> <li>The general dosage is 0.5-1.5% in emulsion paints, 1.0-1.5% in acrylic lacquers and 0.5-1.5% in alkyd lacquers.</li> <li>It has a shelf life of 730 days.</li></ul>

Emulsogen® EPA 073

Emulsogen® EPA 073 by Clariant is an anionic emulsifier, surfactant, wetting- and dispersing agent. It offers production of polymer dispersions with controlled particle size and very low grit levels at high solid contents. It is a low-VOC, APEO-free and readily biodegradable additive.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It produces stable, low foaming emulsions of organic solvents, hydrocarbons, oils and waxes in water.</li> <li> It is used for emulsion polymerization of monomers like styrene, acrylic acid esters, methacrylic acid esters and vinyl acetate.</li> <li> It is suitable for inorganic & organic pigments in preparations at high pigment loads, low viscosity, high temperature stability & shelf life.</li> <li> It has the recommended dosage of 0.5-5.0% based on monomers, 15-80% based on the pigments and 1-20g/l in the emulsion.</li> <li> It has the shelf life of 730 days.</li> <li> Emulsogen® EPA 073 is FDA approved and complies with REACH, AICS, DSL, ENCS, IECSCS, KECI, NECI, NZIoC, PICCS and TSCA.</li> </ul>

Emulsogen® TS 200

Emulsogen® TS 200 by Clariant is an emulsifier, nonionic wetting-, dispersing agent and compatibilizer. It is a low-VOC, solvent-, hazard-label-, APEO/NPEO-, preservative-free. It maintains low viscosity of polymer emulsion at different shear rates, enhance electrolyte stability and improved shelf life.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It prevents rub-out effects, increases tinting strength and provides excellent freeze-thaw stability.</li> <li> It also improves wetting of the coated surface, offers excellent adhesion on metal surfaces & reduced water-absorption.</li> <li> It reduces haze and has high pigment load and no side effects on gloss, surface drying, blocking or yellowing.</li> <li> It has the general dosage of 1.0-1.5% in emulsion paints and in acrylic lacquers, and 0.25% in alkyd lacquers.</li> <li> It is compatible with acrylic binder, alkyd, PU and epoxy binder system.</li> <li> It is suitable for use in waterborne high PVC paints, as well as in waterborne and solvent-borne low PVC lacquers.</li> <li> It is ideal for water-based pigment preparations, organic pigments and carbon blacks.</li> <li> It is recommended for POS-colorants as well as for concentrates for in-plant tinting.</li> <li> Emulsogen® TS 200 has the shelf life of 2 years.</li> <li> It is Ecolabel certified.</li> </ul>
