SILBIONE™ TCS 7381

SILBIONE™ TCS 7381 by Elkem Silicones is an easy-to-handle, non-staining, tin-free single component elastomer. It is curable at room temperature with a condensation cure (acetoxy). It imparts non-slip characteristics to treat fabrics while providing good tear strength and low modulus of elasticity. It offers excellent anti-slip properties, resistance to dyes and detergents, quick skin over and cures rate, which can be further accelerated by increasing temperature and humidity. It provides viscosity adapted to a large range of substrates. It imparts excellent adhesion to cotton, nylon, polyester, polyamide, polyurethane and various blends. SILBIONE™ TCS 7381 is used in lace coating of continuous or non-continuous bands (for support stockings), bra strap & support band coatings, knee-length stocking to coatings and non-slip trouser waistband coatings applications. It has a shelf life of 18 months.
