SILBIONE™ TCS 7560 A/B by Elkem Silicones is a two-component heat curing liquid silicone elastomer that cures by a polyaddition reaction. SILBIONE™ TCS 7560 A is associated with the catalyst SILBIONE™ TCS 7602 C. It is a non-staining and easy to process grade. It shows resistance to dyes & detergents, a quick cure rate with heat, low modulus of elasticity and excellent non-slip properties. It adapted viscosity to a large range of substrates. It is specially engineered for coating continuous or non-continuous elastic bands (for support stockings) and textile coating applications. It is applicable in Knee-length stocking top, non-slip trouser waistband-, bra strap- and support band coatings. SILBIONE™ TCS 7560 A/B has a shelf life of 12 months.
