LX® 685, 125 by Neville Chemical is a chemically inert, thermoplastic low molecular weight, non-saponifiable hydrocarbon resin. It is produced by thermal polymerization of mixed DCPD, aromatic and alicyclic monomers derived from petroleum feedstocks. Shows compatibility with most alkyds and solubility in aromatic and aliphatic solvents. LX® 685, 125 is recommended for aluminum paints, industrial primer and high solids solvent borne alkyd based coatings.
