Polyurethane. Used as rheology modifier. Possesses good flow, leveling, and gloss. Exhibits good spatter resistance. Imparts very good color acceptance on tinting. Provides very good brush handling. TAFIGEL® PUR 55 by Munzing is non-ionic polyurethane. Used as rheology modifier in adhesives. Possesses thickening independent of pH. Offers very good application properties. Exhibits good flow, leveling and gloss. Imparts good brush drag and spatter resistance. Provides good color acceptance on tinting. {producyt} by Munzing is a hydrophobe modified acrylic copolymer emulsion. It is used as thickener in adhesives. TAFIGEL® PUR 44 by Munzing is non-ionic polyurethane in butyltriglycol/water. It acts as rheology modifier. Its associative thickening effect can be affected by many factors including binder type, co-solvents, coalescing agents, surfactants, wetting agents, pigments and flattening agents. TAFIGEL® PUR 44 interaction with these compounds allows varied possibilities for rheology adjustment.

It can be added undiluted to the grind and before adding the binder.

It builds up and stabilizes viscosity by forming a network between polyurethane, binder molecules and pigment particles.

Used in aqueous systems and joint fillers.

Recommended dosage ranges from 0.3-2%.

TAFIGEL® PUR 61 by Munzing is a non-ionic, VOC-, APE- and organotin-free polyurethane thickener. Used as a rheology modifier and associative thickener for aqueous adhesive systems. Exhibits good flow, leveling and gloss, very good atomization for spray application. Provides strong pseudoplastic rheological profile, very good shear thinning characteristics and high sag resistance.

The viscosity is increased primarily in the low shear rate range, but without generating an elastic component that worsens the flow.

TAFIGEL® PUR 61 has a shelf life of 15 months and a dosage level of 0.3-2%.

TAFIGEL® PUR 48 by Munzing is non-ionic polyurethane in butyltriglycol/water. Acts as rheology modifier. It is designed as an associative thickener which builds up and stabilizes viscosity by forming a network between polyurethane, binder molecules and pigment particles. The resulting effect of this associative polyurethane thickener can be affected by other components of the formulation.

It is specifically developed to thicken polymer dispersions which are difficult to thicken and to minimise effects of other formulation components.

TAFIGEL® PUR 48 builds up and stabilizes viscosity by forming a network between polyurethane, binder molecules and pigment particles.

Used in aqueous systems and joint fillers.

Recommended dosage ranges from 0.3 - 2% based upon total formulation.

TAFIGEL® PUR 62 by Munzing is a polyurethane. Used as rheology modifier. Imparts high sag resistance. Offers good flow, leveling, and gloss. TAFIGEL® PUR 62 provides very good atomization for spray application. TAFIGEL® PUR 45 by Munzing is non-ionic polyurethane in butyltriglycol/water. Used as rheology modifier. Offers thickening independent of pH. Exhibits very good flow, leveling and gloss. Provides good spatter resistance. Imparts very good colour acceptance on tinting.

TAFIGEL® PUR 45 is recommended for use in adhesives.

It shows minimal pseudoplasticity, similar to the rheology of solvent borne systems.

TAFIGEL® PUR 80 is APE-, VOC- and organotin-free, non-ionic polyurethane by Munzing. Used as a rheology modifier for aqueous adhesive systems. Offers minimal pseudoplasticity, thickening independent of pH and good spatter resistance. Exhibits very good flow, leveling and gloss. Shows very good color acceptance on tinting. TAFIGEL® PUR 80 has a shelf life of 15 months with a dosage level of 0.3-2 %. TAFIGEL® PUR 64 by Munzing is a non-ionic polyurethane in butyltriglycol/water. Acts as rheology modifier. It provides strong pseudoplastic rheological profile with excellent shear thinning characteristics. The performance effect of this polyurethane thickener can be affected by other components of the formulation. Type and quantity of binder, co-solvents, coalescing agents, surfactants, wetting agents, pigments and flattening agents are the main partners to form a network. It is specifically developed to thicken polymer dispersions which are difficult to thicken and to minimize effects of other formulation components. TAFIGEL® PUR 64 builds up and stabilizes viscosity by forming a network between polyurethane and binder molecules. It can be used over a wide pH range. Has levelling and good flow. Used in aqueous systems and joint fillers. TAFIGEL® PUR 64 normal dosage ranges from 0.3 - 2% based upon total formulation.
