AGITAN® 315

AGITAN® 315 by Munzing is a blend of modified nonionic fatty compounds, hydrophobic silica and white oils of pharmaceutical grade. Used as a defoamer for aqueous emulsion systems such as emulsion and heat-sealing adhesives and caseine, starch, rubber and gelatine glues. Suits for low odor and non-polluting formulations. Offers compatibility with all common binders. Use level of AGITAN® 315 is 0.1-0.5 % on finished product.

DEE FO® PI-40

DEE FO® PI-40 by Munzing is a blend of 3-Dimensional siloxane and water. Used as a defoamer for aqueous systems. Designed for heat-set, natural/ neoprene latex-based adhesives. Provides formulators with an excellent combination of defoaming performance and pinhole free substrate wetting. Recommended dosage level of DEE FO® PI-40 is 0.1-0.6% and it has a shelf life of 12 months.

AGITAN® 100

AGITAN® 100 by Munzing is a well biodegradable, defoamer for aqueous systems. It is a blend of hydrophobic silica, alkoxylated compounds and emulsifiers in emulsion form. It offers excellent stability and defoaming persistency. It is used in building products and adhesives. It is recommended for COD-sensitive applications. Due to its good emulsifiability it is used undiluted. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-1.0%. AGITAN® 100 has a shelf life of 12 months.
