AGITAN® 315 by Munzing is a blend of modified nonionic fatty compounds, hydrophobic silica and white oils of pharmaceutical grade. Used as a defoamer for aqueous emulsion systems such as emulsion and heat-sealing adhesives and caseine, starch, rubber and gelatine glues. Suits for low odor and non-polluting formulations. Offers compatibility with all common binders. Use level of AGITAN® 315 is 0.1-0.5 % on finished product. AGITAN® 100 by Munzing is a well biodegradable, defoamer for aqueous systems. It is a blend of hydrophobic silica, alkoxylated compounds and emulsifiers in emulsion form. It offers excellent stability and defoaming persistency. It is used in building products and adhesives. It is recommended for COD-sensitive applications. Due to its good emulsifiability it is used undiluted. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-1.0%. AGITAN® 100 has a shelf life of 12 months. AGITAN® 351 by Munzing acts as an anti-foaming agent. It is a mineral oil-free,
silicone-free, VOC-free, APE-free and biocide-free grade. It has a medium viscosity, non-ionic blend of modified fatty and alkoxylated compounds, silica and emulsifiers. It is used as a defoamer in water-based adhesive. It is applicable for adhesives and heatseal paper. It exhibits excellent stability, high efficiency and alkali & acid resistant. Its recommended use level is 0.05-0.5 % on finished product. AGITAN® 351 has a shelf life of minimum 15 months. AGITAN® 105 by Munzing is a well biodegradable, defoamer for aqueous systems. It is a blend of modified fatty compounds, hydrophobic silica, alkoxylated compounds and emulsifier in emulsion form. It possesses excellent stability and defoaming persistency. It is recommended for COD-sensitive applications. Due to its good emulsifiability it is used undiluted. It finds application in building products and adhesives. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-1.0%. AGITAN® 105 has a shelf life of 12 months. AGITAN® DF 6420 by Munzing is APEO-free, defoamer for solvent systems. It is a blend of silicone oil and mixed solvent systems. It offers versatile efficiency. It suitable for adhesives. AGITAN® DF 6420 has a shelf-life of 15 months. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.5%. AGITAN® 120 by Munzing is an emulsion of modified fatty, hydrophobic silica, alkoxylated compounds, polysiloxane copolymer and emulsifiers. Used as defoamer. AGITAN® 120 offers very good stability and defoaming persistency. AGITAN® P 823 by Munzing acts as an anti-foaming agent. It is a VOC-free and
APE-free grade. It is a blend of liquid hydrocarbons and polyglycols on an inorganic carrier. It is used as a defoamer in joint fillers, putties and adhesives. It is recommended for application in dry blends which are dissolved in
water before application. Its addition results in low foaming solutions, specifically aqueous pastes or masses with very low air content. Its recommended use level ranges from 0.1-1 % on finished product. AGITAN® P 823
has a shelf life of minimum 15 months. AGITAN® 280 by Munzing acts as an anti-foaming agent. It is a silicone-free grade
and has a medium viscosity. It is a blend of liquid hydrocarbons, hydrophobic silica, synthetic copolymers and nonionic emulsifiers. It is a highly effective and well dispersible defoamer for aqueous emulsion based and water reducible systems such as adhesives. Its recommended use level is 0.1-0.5 % on finished product. AGITAN® 280 has a shelf life of minimum 15 months. AGITAN® 5336 by Munzing is a siloxane-free, mineral oil-free defoamer for aqueous systems. It is a blend of vegetable oil and special hydrophobic wax. <br>
