PARAPLEX® G-25 by Hallstar is a polyester sebacate polymeric plasticizer. It provides higher yield on usage and is the gold standard by which all of the other polymeric and monomeric plasticizers are measured. Compatible with chlorinated rubber, epichlorohydrin and nitrile. It is put on amorphous silica carrier to make a free-flowing powdered dispersion. Offers permanence, compatibility and retention of physical properties at prolonged service at high temperatures. It eliminates drum disposal and the need for heating viscous liquids. PARAPLEX® G-25 improves batch incorporation and handling. It also reduces waste, clean up time and employee exposure. PARAPLEX® G-62 by Hallstar is a high molecular weight soybean oil epoxide. In vinyl compounds and polychloroprene, it combines good permanence properties, stabilizing effectiveness and retention of compatibility on aging.

The stability imparted to PVC compounds by PARAPLEX G-62 is particularly impressive.

In both natural and accelerated light exposure tests, the performance of PARAPLEX® G-62 is outstanding and superior to that of PARAPLEX® G-60.

It is useful in a wide variety of plasticized PVC applications where its plasticizing performance and stabilizing action meet demanding requirements.

It is a valuable auxiliary stabilizer at low concentrations, providing stabilization and allowing a reduction of stabilizer costs.

Polyester adipate. Acts as a good general performance polymeric plasticizer. It is a low molecular weight polymeric ester. Compatible with acrylic rubber, cellulose nitrate, chlorinated rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, epichlorohydrin and nitrile. Offers better permanence, volatility and migration resistance than monomeric plasticizers. Also offers the best low-temperature performance when compared to other polymeric plasticizers. Used in automotive sealant and PVC gasketing applications. Alkyd resin. Acts as a plasticizer. Exhibits high plasticizing efficiency at average temperatures. It is a very tough resin without much flexibility at low temperatures. Compatible with cellulose acetate propionate, nitrocellulose and polyvinyl chloride. Offers an excellent compromise between the low temperature flexibility characteristics of an ester-type plasticizer and the high tensile strength obtainable with resin-type plasticizers. Also offers high resistance to aromatic solvents and gasoline. Polyester adipate. Acts as a plasticizer. It is an intermediate molecular weight polyester additive. Compatible with cellulose acetate butyrate, cellulose acetate propionate, chlorinated rubber, ethyl cellulose, polychloroprene, polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl butyrate, polyvinyl chloride, nitrile and nitrocellulose. Offers outstanding permanence properties, extraction resistance and low volatility characteristics, which makes it a good choice for a variety of high temperature, migration resistant applications. Used in refrigerator as well as appliance gaskets applications. Polyester phthalate. Acts as a plasticizer. Provides excellent extraction resistance to polar fluids and humid environments making it well suited for outdoor applications. It is a low molecular weight polymeric phthalate. Compatible with nitrile and polyurethane. Used in low viscosity plastisols and PVC gasketing applications. Polyester adipate. Acts as a plasticizer. It is a low to medium molecular weight additive. Compatible with polyacrylate, polyvinyl chloride and nitrile. Imparts an excellent migration resistance and excellent resistance to both polar as well as non-polar mediums. Mixed dibasic acid polyester. Acts as a low molecular weight polymeric plasticizer. It shows exceptional compatibility with vinyl resins over wide range of environmental conditions like high humidity, high temperature, and exterior exposure. Also compatible with cellulose acetate butyrate, cellulose acetate propionate, chlorinated rubber, epichlorohydrin, hydrogenated nitrile, methyl methacrylate, nitrocellulose, polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl chloride and vinyl chloride acetate. The compounds plasticized with it shows an outstanding durability when exposed to outdoors weathering. Offers good permanence properties especially with oils and hydrocarbons. Also offers processing features typical of monomeric plasticizers i.e. fast fluxing, excellent dry-blending characteristics and low viscosity. Polyester adipate. Acts as a plasticizer. It is intermediate molecular weight polyester. Compatible with polyvinyl chloride and nitrile. Imparts good hand and drape to PVC compounds. Polyester adipate. Acts as a plasticizer. Compatible with nitrile, polyurethane and polyvinyl chloride. It is a low molecular weight polyester adipate designed for applications that require low viscosity but the permanence of a polymeric plasticizer.
