PARAPLEX® G-25 by Hallstar is a polyester sebacate polymeric plasticizer. It provides higher yield on usage and is the gold standard by which all of the other polymeric and monomeric plasticizers are measured. Compatible with chlorinated rubber, epichlorohydrin and nitrile. It is put on amorphous silica carrier to make a free-flowing powdered dispersion. Offers permanence, compatibility and retention of physical properties at prolonged service at high temperatures. It eliminates drum disposal and the need for heating viscous liquids. PARAPLEX® G-25 improves batch incorporation and handling. It also reduces waste, clean up time and employee exposure. PARAPLEX® G-62 by Hallstar is a high molecular weight soybean oil epoxide. In vinyl compounds and polychloroprene, it combines good permanence properties, stabilizing effectiveness and retention of compatibility on aging.

The stability imparted to PVC compounds by PARAPLEX G-62 is particularly impressive.

In both natural and accelerated light exposure tests, the performance of PARAPLEX® G-62 is outstanding and superior to that of PARAPLEX® G-60.

It is useful in a wide variety of plasticized PVC applications where its plasticizing performance and stabilizing action meet demanding requirements.

It is a valuable auxiliary stabilizer at low concentrations, providing stabilization and allowing a reduction of stabilizer costs.

Polyester phthalate. Acts as a plasticizer. Provides excellent extraction resistance to polar fluids and humid environments making it well suited for outdoor applications. It is a low molecular weight polymeric phthalate. Compatible with nitrile and polyurethane. Used in low viscosity plastisols and PVC gasketing applications. Polyester adipate. Acts as a permanent plasticizer in PVC with good high humidity at elevated temperatures. Provides volume resistivity and dielectric strength as well as resistance to copper corrosion. It is intermediate molecular weight polyester. Compatible with cellulose acetate butyrate, cellulose acetate propionate, Chlorinated rubber, nitrile and nitrocellulose. Offers an excellent resistance to migration in rubber-based adhesives. Used in gaskets and high temperature applications. Also used for electrical as well as surgical tape applications. Polyester adipate. Acts as a plasticizer. It is a low to medium molecular weight additive. Compatible with polyacrylate, polyvinyl chloride and nitrile. Imparts an excellent migration resistance and excellent resistance to both polar as well as non-polar mediums. Polyester sebacate. Acts as a plasticizer. It shows outstanding retention of physical properties after prolonged service at elevated temperatures. PARAPLEX® G-25 100% is a high molecular weight plasticizer that combines plasticizing permanence and excellent compatibility. Compatible with chlorinated rubber, epichlorohydrin, nitrocellulose and nitrile. Offers an excellent resistance to extraction in gasoline, oils, detergents and soapy water. It also has an excellent compatibility in PVC resins where no tack or exudation is evident even when exposed to high temperatures and humidity. Used in refrigerator gasket as well as high temperature applications. It is a low to medium molecular weight polyester adipate. Acts as a plasticizer. Compatible with nitrile. Offers an excellent permanence and volatility resistance. It has comparable resistance to humid environments for which phthalates are known. Used for PVC gasketing applications. Polyester adipate. Acts as a plasticizer. It is intermediate molecular weight polyester. Compatible with polyvinyl chloride and nitrile. Imparts good hand and drape to PVC compounds. Polyester adipate. Acts as a good general performance polymeric plasticizer. It is a low molecular weight polymeric ester. Compatible with acrylic rubber, cellulose nitrate, chlorinated rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, epichlorohydrin and nitrile. Offers better permanence, volatility and migration resistance than monomeric plasticizers. Also offers the best low-temperature performance when compared to other polymeric plasticizers. Used in automotive sealant and PVC gasketing applications. Alkyd resin. Acts as a plasticizer. Exhibits high plasticizing efficiency at average temperatures. It is a very tough resin without much flexibility at low temperatures. Compatible with cellulose acetate propionate, nitrocellulose and polyvinyl chloride. Offers an excellent compromise between the low temperature flexibility characteristics of an ester-type plasticizer and the high tensile strength obtainable with resin-type plasticizers. Also offers high resistance to aromatic solvents and gasoline.
