Polyester adipate. Acts as a good general performance polymeric plasticizer. It is a low molecular weight polymeric ester. Compatible with acrylic rubber, cellulose nitrate, chlorinated rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, epichlorohydrin and nitrile. Offers better permanence, volatility and migration resistance than monomeric plasticizers. Also offers the best low-temperature performance when compared to other polymeric plasticizers. Used in automotive sealant and PVC gasketing applications.
