Durez® 29421 by Sumitomo Bakelite is a thermoplastic, phenolic resin. Acts as a plasticizer and tackifier. It is designed for tire manufacturing for tread and butt splicing cement. Compatible with SBR, butyl, chlorobutyl, cis-polybutadiene, SBR-BR blends, polyisoprene, NBR and neoprene rubbers. Durez® 29421 is soluble in oil.
