KANEKA MS POLYMER™ S303H by Kaneka is a mid-modulus, silyl-terminated polyether (STPE) used as a base resin for producing high-performance moisture cure adhesives and sealants utilizing either a hot or cold process. It exhibits low viscosity, long shelf stability, broad adhesion profile and multi-purpose product features. It offers well-balanced properties such as durability, reactivity and storage stability. This unique and highly valued balance of attributes is derived from the polyether polymer backbone coupled with the methyl-dimethoxy silane functional groups. KANEKA MS POLYMER™ S303H is environment friendly (low VOCs, isocyanate-free) and provides elasticity, fire resistance, primer-less adhesion in formulations suitable for railway applications. Moreover, it is applicable in joint sealants and industrial-, building envelope-, transportation- & DIY sealants & adhesives. Also, used in construction-, flooring-, water-proofing- and general-purpose applications. The shelf life of this product is 6 months. It also contributes to safer rail coach building by achieving EN45545 standard requirement.

Priplast™ 3187 by Cargill is a vegetable-oil based, di-functional polyester polyol. It is designed for high performing PU adhesives and sealants. It provides good hydrolytic stability, strong hydrophobicity and high flexibility at very low temperatures.

KANEKA SILYL™ SAX400 by Kaneka is a silyl-terminated polyether (STPE) used as a base resin for producing high-performance moisture cure sealants and adhesives utilizing either a hot or cold process. This high modulus polymer exhibits wide formulating latitude, broad adhesion profile, higher hardness & strength, long shelf stability and faster tack-free time. It offers well-balanced properties such as durability, reactivity and storage stability. This unique and highly valued balance of attributes is derived from the polyether polymer backbone coupled with the methyl dimethoxy silane functional groups. KANEKA SILYL™ SAX400 is applicable in industrial- & transportation adhesives & sealants and construction- & product assembly adhesives. Also, used in general purpose/DIY- and specialty applications. The shelf life of this product is 6 months.

KANEKA SILYL™ SAX350 by Kaneka is a silyl-terminated polyether (STPE) used as a base resin for producing high-performance moisture cure adhesives and sealants utilizing either a hot or cold process. It is a middle modulus polymer with wide formulating latitude, broad adhesion profile, low viscosity, long shelf stability and good mechanical properties. It offers well-balanced properties such as durability, reactivity and storage stability. This unique and highly valued balance of attributes is derived from the polyether polymer backbone coupled with the methyl-dimethoxy silane functional groups. KANEKA SILYL™ SAX350 is applicable in industrial- and DIY sealants & adhesives. Also, used in flooring, water-proofing, construction-, transportation- and specialty applications. The shelf life of this product is 6 months.

KANEKA SILYL™ MA850 by Kaneka is an acrylic modified, silyl-terminated polyether (STPE) used as a base resin for producing high-performance moisture cure adhesives and sealants utilizing either a hot or cold process. It provides well-balanced properties such as durability, reactivity and storage stability. This unique and highly valued balance of attributes is derived from the polyether polymer backbone coupled with the trimethoxysilane functional groups. It exhibits fast cure, wide formulating latitude, high UV-resistance, long-term weatherability & durability and good mechanical properties. It results in lower quantity of catalysts in formulated products. It is used in high UV stability construction applications. The shelf life of KANEKA SILYL™ MA850 is 6 months.

Bentone® 34 by Elementis acts as a rheological additive designed for low to intermediate polarity organic systems. It is an organic derivative of a bentonite clay. It prevents pigment settling during storage and syneresis in thixotropic systems.

• It improves flow and leveling and controls sagging on vertical surfaces and penetration on porous substrates.
• It increases viscosity and provides thixotropy.
• It is used in adhesives, putty & caulking compounds, underbody sealants and sound-absorbing compounds.
• Bentone® 34 has a shelf life of 4 years.

Cardolite® NC-558 is a low viscosity, solvent and benzyl alcohol free phenalkamine Epoxy curing agent. It has excellent rapid cure properties, even at low temperatures, offers very good chemical resistance, and provides excellent adhesion on wet or otherwise unprepared surfaces and green concrete. Cardolite® NC-558 offers excellent water resistance, thus, provide outstanding water proofing layer. Its fast cure and good hardness makes it ideal for applications requiring fast return to service. It is recommended for 2k epoxy adhesives as an epoxy hardener in industrial, construction, and offered for potable water adhesives.

Cardolite® NC-513 is a low viscosity, mono-functional epoxy reactive diluent by Cardolite. The long hydrophobic aliphatic side chain of cardanol gives this product a very low viscosity and provides excellent water resistance, flexibility, and thermal shock resistance. High viscosity solvent or solvent-free formulations can achieve enhanced workability and higher solids without sacrificing other performance properties using this product. Recommended use level for Cardolite® NC-513 is 2-20% of total resin weight. It is an excellent alternative to glycidyl ether diluents because of favorable health hazard labeling, hydrophobicity, and mechanical properties. Cardolite® NC-513 are used in 1K/2K epoxy adhesives including transportations, industrials and electronics sectors.
