HOMBITAN® LQ White 130

HOMBITAN® LQ White 130 by Venator Materials is a liquid titanium dioxide masterbatch recommended for full-dull fibers. It is used to uniformly whiten recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fibers quickly, cleanly & efficiently and reduces the gloss of recycled fibers that can be considered unsightly in some garments. It has higher solid pigment load than pelletized solutions. It is optimized for delustering PET fibers from plastic bottles that will be re-spun into polyester. HOMBITAN® LQ White 130 is suitable for processing by extrusion. It require no pre-processing and can also be used near spinning operations. It is designed to withstand temperature changes and pressure fluctuations during processing. It has applications in footwear and textiles.

Exhibits excellent polymer compatibility, maximal light-fastness, resistant textile fabrics, high UV and weather resistance. Offers extremely good dispersibility, excellent whitenesses, high opacity and minimum abrasion. Long filter lifetime, effective suppression of filament breakage. For spinning with the highest productivity. HOMBITAN® LW-S-U is easy to disperse in aqueous and organic slurry media. Wet-grinding or, ideally, centrifugation promotes dispersion and troublefree further processing.

HOMBITAN® LO-CR-S-M by Venator Materials (Huntsman) is a surface modified anatase titanium dioxide microcrystals of the highest quality. Provides high lattice stability and an additional inorganic surface coating with manganese guarantee excellent light fastness for polyamide fibers treated. Offers better color-fastness, easy to disperse, optimal incorporation in fiber polymers and protection from photochemically induced decomposition. Exhibits extremely good dispersibility, excellent whitenesses, high opacity and minimum abrasion. Shows minimization of fiber breakage and savings with filterpacks.
