HOMBITAN® LQ White 100

HOMBITAN® LQ White 100 by Venator Materials is a liquid titanium dioxide masterbatch. It is used to uniformly whiten recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fibers quickly, cleanly & efficiently and reduces the gloss of recycled fibers that can be considered unsightly in some garments. It has higher solid pigment load than pelletized solutions. It is optimized for delustering PET fibers from plastic bottles that will be re-spun into polyester. HOMBITAN® LQ White 100 is recommended for semi-dull recycled PET fibers. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. It require no pre-processing and can also be used near spinning operations. It is designed to withstand temperature changes and pressure fluctuations during processing. It has applications in footwear and textiles.
