Benox® C-50 by United Initiators is a hardener consisting of 50% dibenzoyl peroxide and phthalate ester plasticizer.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is used as a cure initiator for unsaturated polyester resins and acrylic resins.</li>
<li>It provides easy dispersion, dissolution, short demolding time, and fast curing that is hardly influenced by the humidity and fillers.</li>
<li>It is used in combination with one or more elevated temperature cure peroxides such as peroxyesters, peroxyketals and/or peroxydicarbonates in processes such as pultrusion, cured-in-place-pipe, and wet press moulding.</li>

<li>Benox® B-50-106 provides a rapid, uniform cure, better resistance to heat degradation, and eliminates phthalate ester plasticizers.</li>
<li>The recommended use level is 0.5% - 5.0%.</li>
</ul> Benox® L-40LV-EU by United Initiators is a low viscosity curing agent and polymerization initiator for monomers like styrene, and acrylates. It is a sprayable dispersion of dibenzoyl peroxide.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides low water content, little viscosity drift, less separation and more stability.</li>
<li>It offers faster gel-to-peak time and lower exothermic reaction than methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP) system.</li>
<li>It is recommended for unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins and acrylic resins.</li>
<li>Benox® L-40LV-EU is phthalate-free and has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> Benox® B-50-230 by United Initiators is a polymerization initiator and curing agent in a smooth, non-separating fire-resistant creamy paste form.<br>

</ul> Benox® B55-107 by United Initiators functions as a polymerization initiator. Provides better resistance to the dispersion of heat degradation and the elimination of phthalate ester plasticizers. It is a fine dispersion in a smooth, non-separating fire-resistant creamy paste form. It dissolves more readily in resins and eliminates the hazardous practice of dissolving dry dibenzoyl peroxide in styrene, acetone, or other volatile solvents. Used for monomeric vinyl, acrylic, styrene and unsaturated polyester/vinyl ester resins, dimethyl or diethyl aniline, N, N-dimethyl-toluidine and copolymers of these resins. Benox® B55-107 is applicable in matched-metal molding, hot press molding, bag molding, compression and transfer molding. Dibenzoyl peroxide. Used as polymerisation initiator and cross-linking agent.
